Warehouse Associate – No Nights, No Weekends!
Location: 5357 Crosswind Drive, Columbus, OH 43228
Starting Pay: $16/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Ohio Thrift is hiring Warehouse Associates to join our upbeat team at our West Side warehouse located at 5357 Crosswind Drive, Columbus, OH 43228. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are safety-conscious, dependable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist in shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Accurately stage and sort products for loading
- Load and unload trailers
- Move materials throughout the warehouse
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment (where applicable)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Perform quality control checks
- Support general warehouse tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material-handling experience
- Comfortable using hand/power tools and hand trucks
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong understanding of packaging standards for shipping goods effectively.
- Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow instructions
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for verifying shipments, counting and performing accurate quality control.
- Self-motivated with good organizational and multitasking skills
- Dependable attendance is a must
