As an Operations Program Manager you will ensure organizational effectiveness by
providing leadership for the transportation operations of Via Mobility. In this role you
will work closely with the Directors of Operations to help manage and increase the
effectiveness and efficiency of each operations service (Flex-Ride, and Via Paratransit
services), and the Denver call center through improvement to each function as well as
coordination and communication between support and business functions. This position
will have direct reports.
Starting pay range for the role is $80,000-$100,000
Schedule: Monday- Friday 4:00AM – 12:00PM
Qualifications:

Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED

Bachelors’ Degree preferred
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience (within past 5 years) managing all aspects of Paratransit or Transportation services

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
-
Experience working with older adults, individuals with disabilities, persons with low income and/or limited mobility
-
Knowledge of the function, organization, and methods of operations of transit agencies and the basic laws and regulations underlying transit operations

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style

Strong written and oral communication skills
-
Good decision making and problem-solving skills
-
Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule that may include occasional evenings or weekends.
