Duties

- Operate hand tools and power tools effectively on-site
- Conduct framing carpentry and trim carpentry for interior finishes
- Install roofing, siding, drywall, and perform restoration or remodeling tasks as needed
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor while maintaining safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on residential remodeling, finish carpentry, drywall, and tiling
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and safety standards
- Skilled in roofing, siding, Flooring hardwood and LVP/LVT, and framing carpentry
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools confidently
- Experience with restoration or remodeling projects is a plus
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and long hours on-site
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work
