Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage inventory records as directed by Inventory Manager

Responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing flight parts. Ensuring the quantity of hardware ordered matches the quantity received.

Organizing the stocking of parts in the Stockroom utilizing our ERP system

Kit, consolidate and audit space flight hardware in a high pace environment.

Maintain an organized flow of parts and receive them into database.

Ability to work with small electronic components using small hand tools to handle inventory.

Perform all inventory management functions and production work order kitting.

Monitor inventory levels to proactively prevent shortages or overstock situations.

Coordinate the procurement and receipt of new stock, ensuring proper documentation, storage, and allocation of inventory.

Collaborate with department teams to meet future inventory requirements.

Follow inventory control procedures to optimize stock management and streamline operations.

Identify obsolete or damaged inventory in accordance with company policies, including proper disposal or reallocation.

Keep accurate documentation for work orders, restocks, and compliance

Assist with restocking, organizing storage areas, and ensuring materials are in safe, accessible locations

Operate equipment safely, maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace
Required Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

High school diploma or GED equivalent
-
No prior inventory experience required; on-the-job training provided
-
Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evenings or weekend shifts.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team-oriented environment.

Organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
