Hallmark Homecare is seeking experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one care for clients throughout Seminole, Orange, and Osceola Counties.
We are looking for dependable professionals who are committed to providing compassionate, personalized care. Client assignments may take place in private residences, independent living communities, or assisted living communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship and social engagement
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping related to client care
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Provide medication reminders
- Transport clients to local appointments or assist with errands
- Monitor client well-being and communicate condition updates to family contacts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional caregiving experience
- Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate preferred
- Experience supporting individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, or mobility limitations preferred
- Have reliable transportation or can reliably travel to client assignments
- Ability to travel up to 30 minutes for assignments within Seminole, Orange, or Osceola County
- Availability to work weekend shifts as needed
Onboarding Documentation Requirements
Independent care providers must maintain current state-compliant documentation to receive client matches, including:
- Valid Driver’s License or Government-Issued ID
- Active Auto Insurance (if providing transportation)
- Current CPR or BLS certification
- Florida-compliant Alzheimer’s/Dementia training certificate (minimum 3 hours)
- Florida-compliant HIV/AIDS training certificate (minimum 1 hour)
- Recent physical examination or physician statement confirming freedom from communicable diseases
- Clear Level II Background Screening through Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
