About the Role
Bel Air X Lawn & Landscapes is looking for a Landscape Manager who can run jobs and run people. You'll manage our 3 lawn maintenance crews day to day, and you'll be on-site directing landscaping jobs like plant installs, tear outs, mulching, and sod work. You'll be the person crews and customers turn to when something needs solving.
This isn't a desk job. You'll get your hands dirty, then get on the phone and handle it.
What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee our 3 lawn maintenance crews, keeping their schedules, workload, and performance on track
- Direct and assist with landscaping jobs: plant installs, tear outs, mulching, sod, and related site work
- Communicate directly with customers about complaints and service requests
- Relay customer feedback and requests to the crews
- Coordinate with crew leaders to keep jobs on track and problem solve issues as they come up
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on landscaping experience, ideally with some crew leadership or supervisory background
- Comfortable talking to customers, including the tough conversations
- Strong communicator who can translate between what a customer wants and what a crew can deliver
- Problem solver who doesn't wait around for someone else to fix it
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
