Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience

Super Brush LLC is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our 2nd Shift manufacturing team.
This position is ideal for candidates with machine operating experience who are looking for a stable company, consistent schedule, and long-term career opportunity.
For over 65 years, Super Brush has manufactured precision foam swabs and applicators used in medical, aerospace, electronics, automotive, and industrial markets worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Operate multiple automated production machines
- Monitor machine performance and production output
- Perform pull tests and quality inspections
- Maintain lot control and carton labeling accuracy
- Complete production logs and documentation
- Perform die cleanings and routine machine maintenance
- Make minor machine adjustments, including temperature settings
- Follow clean room procedures and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Comply with all safety requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of machine operating experience preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently
Physical Requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
