We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our day-to-day operations.
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative, operational, and client service functions of our office wand work with the Teams Lead Advisor on a one-on-one basis. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly, supports the financial advisor’s objectives, and enhances the overall client experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and manage client scheduling and communication.
- Assist with the preparation of financial plans, reports, and client presentations.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Process client transactions, including opening and managing accounts, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle office supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Ensure smooth operation of technology systems and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Supervise and train office staff as needed, providing leadership and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in operations management, ideally within a financial services or advisory environment.
- Strong understanding of financial services, compliance, and regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (preferred).
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive client information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
