We are seeking a Customer Support Rep who will take orders via phone, fax, or e-mail, check availability, and prepare quotations. No cold calling necessary, but interested applicants must be able to work with customers and multitask. Some computer knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Excel) is strongly recommended. Candidate must also hold strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High School diploma required, college degree preferred. No previous sales experience required.
