job Summary:
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards while managing contractors, subcontractors, clients, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Manage project costs and approve expenditures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and resolve issues.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
Resolve conflicts, delays, and unforeseen construction challenges.
Ensure all project documentation is complete and maintained.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
5 years of construction project management experience.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Experience managing commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
