Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver top-tier customer service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
- Oversee daily cafe operations including food preparation, cooking, and quick service to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Manage Square POS system, accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales tracking.
- Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Train staff on food handling, safety protocols, customer service techniques, and operational procedures to foster professional growth.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and food safety standards while promoting a culture of cleanliness and hygiene.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively.
