Overview
We're a busy Los Angeles flooring company hiring a full-time, in-person Sales Associate at our Gardena location. Pay is $18–$23/hour depending on experience and this position includes a competitive commission structure, providing additional earning potential based on individual sales performance. Plus health insurance, dental insurance, paid training, and an employee discount.
Spanish fluency is required. Most of our customers and trade partners are Spanish-speaking, and you'll use it every day.
What you'll do:
- Work directly with contractors, homeowners, and returning clients, in person and over the phone
- Enter and manage orders in QuickBooks (we'll train you if you haven't used it)
- Coordinate with our warehouse and purchasing team to keep orders moving on time
- Learn our products inside and out: hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and everything flooring
Who does well here:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Reliable, quick to learn, and comfortable juggling customers, phones, and orders at once
- Interested in construction, real estate, or the trades. This role is a real entry point into those
industries, and we promote from within.
No flooring experience required. If you're bilingual, dependable, and want to grow with a business
