*Responsibilities*
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, and some HVAC.
- Inspect properties semi-annually
- Conduct residential painting projects
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing regular inspections and necessary repairs.
*Skills*
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and some minor HVAC
- Strong mechanical knowledge to address a variety of repair needs.
