Mouser Cabinetry, Kentucky's leading manufacturer of high-quality custom wood cabinets, is seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Order Services Department as a member of our Expedite Services team.
The Expedite Services team members communicate directly with our Dealers, our internal Order Entry/Customer Service associates, and our Production team to effectively relay our Customers' cabinetry requirements to our Production team.
The key responsibilities of the Expedite Services team involve:
- Ensuring correct coding into Order Entry program for quick ship orders
- Scheduling quick ship orders into the Production process
- Processing orders for Dealer required samples
- Maintaining regular communication with dealers and manufacturing
- Precisely managing any changes to quick ship orders
- Processing and monitoring completion of Back Order items
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications for Expedite Services:
- Cabinetry or math background is preferred but not required
- Previous Data Entry / Order Entry experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
