Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Overnight, Early Morning, Weekends, and Holidays as Needed
Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Donut Maker/Baker to join our Dunkin' team. This role is responsible for preparing fresh donuts, bagels, muffins, croissants, and other bakery items while maintaining Dunkin's quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality products and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, glaze, frost, and decorate donuts according to Dunkin' recipes and specifications.
- Bake muffins, bagels, croissants, and other bakery products on schedule.
- Complete daily production sheets and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Ensure all products meet Dunkin' quality and presentation standards.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations at all times.
- Properly rotate product using FIFO (First In, First Out).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized baking area.
- Operate ovens, proofers, mixers, glazers, and other bakery equipment safely.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Support front-of-house operations when needed.
- Work efficiently to ensure products are ready before peak business hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous baking or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow recipes, production schedules, and written instructions.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours).
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working around hot ovens and bakery equipment.
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
