Manage multiple Life Science and laboratory projects throughout Greater Boston from inception through completion

Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders

Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and risk management initiatives

Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and senior leadership

Coordinate design, permitting, procurement, and construction activities to ensure project milestones are achieved

Review contractor proposals, change orders, schedules, and project documentation

Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage project reporting and communication

Support business growth efforts through exceptional client service and relationship management
