Job Summary
We are seeking a caring and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our small psychiatry outpatient clinic. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver comprehensive patient care. You will collaborate with our doctor to provide high-quality, patient-centered care while utilizing EMR/EHR systems and adhering to regulatory standards.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs and medical history reviews.
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements.
- Manage behavioral health issues and medication management.
- Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Valant for accurate documentation of patient encounters and medical records.
- Provide telehealth consultations to expand access to care and support remote patient management.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with valid certification in your state.
- Proven experience working with mental health patients and diverse populations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and telehealth experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD-10/ICD-9 coding standards for accurate documentation and billing processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with our team while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
