HopeWay is seeking a hands-on, solutions-focused Operations Manager to help create a safe, welcoming, and well-organized environment where our clients can focus on healing and our team members can do their best work.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager serves as a key member of HopeWay’s Operations team and supports daily operations across all locations. This role coordinates workflows, strengthens operational processes, manages vendor relationships, and provides the systems, reporting, and administrative controls needed to support HopeWay’s continued growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Core competency is demonstrated through the ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including:
- Support efficient daily operations across all HopeWay locations, ensuring effective management of workflows, productivity, service quality, and operational resources.
- Oversee supply requests and inventory needs, ensuring timely fulfillment and alignment with organizational budgets.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation and respond to operational needs during nights and weekends as required.
- Evaluate operational processes and recommend and implement improvements that strengthen efficiency, accountability, and service delivery.
- Track and analyze key operational metrics and prepare regular reports for the Director of Operations.
- Support quality improvement initiatives across departments and locations.
- Help maintain safe, efficient, welcoming, and healing environments for clients, families, employees, and visitors by proactively identifying and addressing operational concerns.
- Ensure adherence to HopeWay policies and procedures related to safety, confidentiality, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
- Support organization-wide safety initiatives and drills in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
- Coordinate with non-facilities service providers, including IT support, office supply, environmental services, and dining vendors, to ensure timely, effective, and accountable service.
- Assist with vendor onboarding, contract renewals, invoice processing, and service-performance monitoring.
- Serve as a trusted resource and point of contact for administrative staff, supporting problem-solving technology issues, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Communicate regularly with leadership to provide updates, escalate concerns, and maintain alignment with organizational priorities.
- Support the onboarding, training, and supervision of new and existing staff as needed and assist with interviewing and employee selection.
- Foster a mission-centered workplace culture grounded in teamwork, accountability, respect, compassion, and continuous improvement.
- Provide responsive and compassionate assistance to clients, families, and visitors as needed.
- Manage security systems, keys, badges, and campus access across HopeWay locations.
- Participate in the Health and Safety Committee and lead assigned operational safety initiatives.
- Manage HopeWay’s vehicle fleet, including maintenance, registration, inspections, and scheduling.
- Coordinate fire drills, disaster drills, emergency preparedness planning, and business continuity activities across all locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
