King David NursingRehab is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a dedicated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve independence, rebuild confidence, and achieve meaningful functional outcomes through personalized therapy care.
What You'll Do:

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans

Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living, cognitive function, upper extremity strength, and safety awareness

Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques to support resident independence

Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to coordinate care

Monitor patient progress and maintain compliant clinical documentation

Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist license required
