Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures during overnight hours
- Manage guest accounts, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions with accuracy
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing information about hotel services and local attractions
- Monitor security systems, conduct routine surveillance of public areas, and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Handle late-night guest requests or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit records to ensure smooth operations for the next day’s team
- Support front desk operations by answering multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Previous experience working with guest services, front desk responsibilities, or night audit functions is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks during overnight shifts
