What You'll Do:
- Provide behind-the-wheel driving instruction to students of all ages, with a primary focus on teen drivers.
- Teach safe driving habits, defensive driving techniques, and proper vehicle operation.
- Create a positive, encouraging learning environment that helps students build confidence behind the wheel.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive coaching throughout each lesson.
- Complete lesson documentation and maintain accurate student records.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years old (required by the Colorado DMV).
- Valid Colorado driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to successfully pass a background & fingerprint check.
- Friendly, patient, and professional personality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work with students of varying experience levels.
- Previous teaching, coaching, customer service, or mentoring experience is a plus—but not required.
