Position Purpose: This position is responsible for Extruding and Finishing Cores to customer specifications and functional requirements. Production is completed on all lines at Standard Rates. Perform all work in safe manner following safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
· Operate and monitor extrusion machinery
· Load materials and adjust machine settings
· Perform quality checks during production
· Troubleshoot minor process or equipment issues
· Complete basic production documentation
· Follow all safety and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED
· Manufacturing or extrusion experience preferred
· Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, basic math and measurement skills required.
· Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
