About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing sheet metal fabrication equipment at customer sites. You will work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while providing technical support and training to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission industrial sheet metal fabrication equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Support warranty, repair, and service-related projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial maintenance, field service, mechanical, electrical, or related technical roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency.
- Mechanical and electrical experience preferred.
- Experience with roll forming or sheet metal machinery is a plus.
Requirements
· Must reside near the designated location and within reasonable distance of a major airport.
· Ability to travel (up to 100% Monday–Friday).
· Eligible to obtain a U.S. Passport; occasional international travel may be required.
· Comfortable working in industrial and manufacturing environments.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
