Location: Apollo Beach, Florida
Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 12pm (possibility of extra hours)
Pay: Starting at $16.50/hr
Dumbarton Security Service is seeking a self-reliant, technology-savvy Security Officer for patrol (on foot and/or golf cart) at a gated HOA community in Apollo Beach. This position demands alertness, responsibility, and the ability to make sound decisions while working independently. This is a part-time position, 4 hours per day, Monday thru Friday
Responsibilities:
- Issue violations consistent with HOA by-laws
- Monitor surveillance and entry systems
- Keep accurate electronic logs of activity
- Maintain situational awareness of the property
- Communicate promptly with HOA management and security supervisors
Requirements:
- Valid Florida Class D Security License
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Comfort with technology and digital reporting
- Dependability and the ability to work independently
