About the Role
As an Account Representative, you’ll be responsible for introducing customers and businesses to products and services through face-to-face interactions. Campaigns are delivered across a variety of environments including:
- Retail locations and in-store promotions
- Pop-up events and brand activation campaigns
- Community events and high-footfall public locations
- Business districts and local companies through B2B outreach
No two days are exactly the same, providing valuable exposure to different customer types, sales approaches, and communication styles.
This role combines customer engagement, brand representation, lead generation, and sales activity, allowing you to build transferable skills while contributing directly to campaign growth.
What Your Day Might Involve
- Approaching and engaging customers at retail locations and promotional event sites
- Representing client products and services professionally and confidently
- Meeting with local business owners to introduce solutions designed to support their operations
- Answering questions and guiding customers through onboarding or registration processes
- Supporting the execution of promotional campaigns and brand activations
- Working toward individual performance goals while contributing to wider team objectives
- Tracking results and applying feedback to continuously improve performance
- Building positive customer relationships that contribute to account growth and retention
