Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing various patient needs.
Available Hours-
7 days per week from 8:00am - 12:00pm
This is a perfect, low stress position for nurses to earn extra pay on their days off, or retired nurses.
Pay
You will be paid $40 per visit and reimbursed mileage in between visits. This is a 1099 position. You will work in the Denver, Aurora, Parker area.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients’ health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Deliver specialized care for patients with conditions such as dementia and geriatrics.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in Colorado
- Experience in home health nursing is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of geriatric care principles and toddler care techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care.
