Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, text, and email communication.
- Manage a Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines book of business, including monthly policy renewals.
- Prepare accurate insurance quotes and customized proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and follow-up requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Issue certificates of insurance, ID cards, and proof of insurance documents.
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate Home, Auto, Commercial, and Life insurance products.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling and new business development.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
- Previous insurance sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Typical business hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling available when needed
