Alderwood Vision Source is looking for a full-time Optician to join our friendly, professional eye care team in Lynnwood, WA.

SCHEDULE:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
- Two evenings per week required
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Help patients select eyewear that fits their vision needs, lifestyle, and personal style.
- Educate patients on lenses, frames, and eyewear technology.
- Perform eyewear sales in a patient-focused, professional way.
- Explain and communicate insurance benefits clearly to patients.
- Submit and communicate eyewear orders to labs.
- Work closely with doctors and team members to support patient care.
- Stay informed on new eyewear products, lens options, and optical technology.
- Thrive in a busy boutique optical setting with a strong focus on healthcare.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned by management.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 2 years of Optician experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of optical products, lenses, frames, and measurements.
- Excellent communication and patient service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stay organized and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- A positive, team-first attitude.
- Comfortable working in a busy, professional medical office.
- Passion for helping patients see and feel their best.
