Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
-
Maintain food safety standards
-
Upholding the vision and values of the Restaurant
-
Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly and accurately
-
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
-
Work on their feet for several hours at a time and lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
-
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
-
Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies, rules, and dress code at all times
-
Serve guests with genuine hospitality
-
Accurately record orders on the POS, handling cash proficiently and accurately including counting money tills
-
Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all front of house stations, including dining room, order taking, serving, bagging, and drive thru roles

Keep the restaurant neat, clean, and orderly at all times
-
Be knowledgeable of the menu and keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
-
Work safely around equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership

Maintain knowledge by completing in-house training and stay current on any changes

Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
