Job Description:
We provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care to help seniors and disabled individuals live comfortably and independently. Our services range from companionship to specialized care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, mobility challenged, or those recovering from surgery.
Your daily impact may include:

Providing pleasant conversation, supportive companionship, and engaging clients with meaningful activities like playing games, doing puzzles or going for walks.

Assisting clients with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and ambulation.

Planning, preparing meals, and handling light housekeeping.

Taking, accompanying and supervising clients during shopping trips, appointments, and errands.

Reminding clients to take prescription medications on time.

Monitoring client health, reporting changes, and responding responsibly in emergencies.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for kind, patient, and reliable individuals with high integrity. To join our team, you must:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle (used for commuting and transporting clients).

Have strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

Be physically capable of lifting groceries and physically supporting a client's mobility.

Be comfortable performing basic housekeeping and cooking (adhering to dietary constraints).

Be willing to comply with state and office health standards (including a background check, current TB test, and obtaining your Home Care Aide HCA registration).
