Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders for food and beverages using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety standards.
- Deliver food promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately during shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including bar tops, tables, and dining spaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Assist with catering events or banquet setups when needed, providing excellent service in diverse settings like nightclubs or large gatherings.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally.
- Excellent time management to juggle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety.
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of beverage recipes.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions.
