Job Overview
The ideal candidate for the Carpenter position will be dedicated to the team and have solid experience in various construction and remodeling projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proficiency with both hand and power tools.
We are seeking local individuals who want to work hard in a team-based environment and earn a competitive wage. Job sites are local, within 15 miles of Old Saybrook. You will need to have basic tools and transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a team member constructing and/or rebuilding residential structures, both interior and exterior
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to safety standards
Requirements:
- Skill and experience in various aspects of construction, including remodeling, trim carpentry, framing, siding installation, etc.
- Reliability and dependability are a MUST
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively and safely
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Must have basic tools and transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
