The Spa Concierge is responsible for welcoming guests, preparing them for services, ensuring their comfort and relaxation through guest amenities, and proper guest flow through the spa on a daily basis. The Spa Concierge is responsible for preparing beverages for the guests prior to, during, between and after services. The Spa Concierge will work closely with therapists to ensure that each guest is comfortable and on-schedule for their treatment(s). The Spa Concierge is responsible for conforming to standards set forth in the Team member Handbook and Operations Manual and will strive each day to exceed our guest’s expectations. Responsible for closing sales from our Esthetician's recommendations to their guests and being knowledgeable of the brands that we carry.

Responsibilities: · Answer phones · Welcome each guest who enters the spa · Provide beverages, neck buddies, and other amenities to the guests · Prepare the guests for services by assisting them to the dressing room, getting them a robe, and explaining the flow procedure · Provide guests with necessary paperwork for applicable services · Schedule appointments using management software · Maintain organization of changing lounges, quiet room, service areas, etc. · Confirm appointments daily for the next business day · Prepare and sale gift card· Sell/Educate guests on spa services and retail products · Ensure proper lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy as set forth in the Ambiance · Standards · Prepare guest folders and work tickets · File completed guest folders · Assist Coordinator with duties · Ensure laundry services are completed daily · Assist in social media and marketing events· Organize and oversee spa groups and special events· Utilize training in brands to motivate the guest in their retail purchases. Protect THE WOODHOUSE brand · Abide by the protocols set forth by THE WOODHOUSE SPAS CORPORATION
Friday-Monday availability required.

· Be the first point of contact for spa guests – surprise and delight our guests upon their arrival!
· Welcome all guests to the spa and check guest in for service
· Provide beverages, neck buddies, and other amenities to the guests
· Prepare the guests for services by assisting them to the dressing room, getting them a robe, and explaining the flow procedure
· Maintain Quiet Room cleanliness; ensure guests have beverages and snacks available at all times
· Provide guests with necessary paperwork for applicable services
· Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using management software
· Maintain organization of changing lounges, quiet room, service areas, etc.
· Confirm appointments daily for the next business day
· Prepare and sell gift cards
· Sell/Educate guests on spa services and retail products
· Ensure proper lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy is managed throughout the spa
· Prepare guest folders and work tickets
· File completed guest folders
· Assist General Manager with duties
· Ensure laundry services are completed daily
· Assist in social media and marketing events
· Organize and oversee spa groups and special events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
