Commercial Lines and Auto Insurance Producer - Mandarin Speaking Preferred
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Lines/auto Insurance Producer to develop new business relationships and manage commercial insurance accounts.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new commercial and auto insurance business
- 2+ years in commercial and auto producer sales experience
- Build relationships with clients and referral partners
- Assess client insurance needs and recommend coverage solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and renewals
- Work closely with carriers and account managers
- Maintain strong client service and retention
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual abilities are a plus) to connect with diverse client bases
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining profitability for the company
- Analytical skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Knowledge of sales administration processes and CRM tools to streamline client interactions and follow-ups
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships within the community
- Experience in commercial insurance sales or production
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Active insurance license preferred
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage
- Self-motivated with sales and business development experience
