Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM // Weekends as needed

Job Overview
All Smith Mechanical is looking for a dependable and hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial and industrial mechanical work including pipefitting, cooling towers, boiler and chiller repairs/replacements, pump replacement, and minor HVAC service work.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning skilled trades, and working in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians and mechanics on job sites
- Help with pipefitting and mechanical installations
- Support boiler, chiller, and pump replacement projects
- Perform general labor duties including loading/unloading materials and job site cleanup
- Assist with cooling tower maintenance and repairs
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow all company safety procedures and job site requirements
- Maintain a professional attitude and strong work ethic
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Willingness to learn and work in commercial/industrial environments
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated
- Mechanical or construction experience is a plus, but not required
