With a high price point, exclusive menu, and a team dedicated to excellence, top bartenders can earn $1,000–$2,000+ per week in tips, depending on availability, service performance, and guest experience.

What You’ll Do
- Craft and serve premium cocktails, wines, and beverages with precision and consistency
- Engage guests with personality, professionalism, and deep menu knowledge
- Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and well-organized bar throughout service
- Collaborate with the front- and back-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Suggest pairings and upsell with integrity and awareness of the guest’s preferences
- Manage tabs, handle payments accurately, and maintain proper alcohol service practices
- Be part of creating the bar identity from the ground up
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience bartending in a high-end or fine dining setting
- Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, classic and craft cocktails
- Strong hospitality instincts — able to read guests and provide exceptional service
- Ability to stay calm, clean, and fast under pressure during busy services
- Passion for the craft of bartending and a desire to contribute creatively
- Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service and possess any required certifications
- A team-first mindset, strong communication skills, and an eye for detail
