Early Childhood Education Center Management Team: You’ll be the bridge between our teachers and leadership— training and mentoring, and ensuring every classroom is a place where kids thrive. If you believe that high-quality early childhood care changes lives, this role was built for you.
- Monday – Friday
- No evenings or weekends

What you’ll do:
- Support teachers
- Train new hires, roll out curriculum themes, and
- coach staff toward their goals.
- Uphold quality standards
- Keep CCQS standards strong in every classroom through ongoing training and feedback.
- Support the whole center
- Partner with the director on day-to-day operations, special care plans, and a positive work culture.
- Be the bridge: Connect what’s happening in classrooms to leadership — advocating for staff and kids alike.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum CDA, NAC, or equivalent credential, plus at least 1 year of early childhood experience and required Bureau of Child Care Licensing coursework.
Beyond the credentials, we’re looking for someone who:
- Brings calm judgment and professionalism to difficult situations
- Communicates openly and effectively with parents and staff
- Creates a safe, nurturing, and motivating environment for children
- Can drive a 14-passenger van and lift to 40 lbs
- Can perform First Aid and CPR (training provided)
