We are hiring an experienced Unarmed Security Officer to join our team at one of Jupiter's most prestigious luxury residential communities.
Applicants must have previous experience working in a luxury condominium, luxury residential high-rise, or luxury hotel environment. This is a mandatory requirement. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, visitors, and staff.

Monitor and control access to the property, including lobby entrances, loading dock, and vehicle gates.

Verify vendors, contractors, deliveries, and guest access.

Receive and accurately distribute resident packages and deliveries.

Conduct interior and exterior patrols throughout the property and amenities.

Monitor CCTV cameras, access control systems, alarms, and life safety equipment.

Observe, investigate, and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations.

Respond professionally to emergencies, incidents, and resident requests.

Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident reports.

Assist management in enforcing community policies while providing exceptional customer service.

Ensure common areas and amenities are secure, clean, and prepared for resident use.
Applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements:

Active Florida Class D Security License

Minimum of 2 years of security experience

REQUIRED: Previous security experience in a luxury condominium, luxury residential high-rise, or luxury hotel. Applicants without this experience will not be considered.

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Reliable transportation

Authorized to work in the United States

Experience with CCTV, access control systems, and incident reporting software
