NOW HIRING: Experienced Grill Cook
Location: Lewisburg, PA
Acrobat Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and professional Grill Cook to support one of our clients at a college/university campus in Lewisburg, PA. This is an ongoing temporary position working in a cafeteria and catering kitchen environment.
While you will be working directly with the client’s culinary team, Acrobat Staffing is the employer of record.
Position Overview:
- Ongoing assignment
- Weekly pay via direct deposit (Fridays)
- Work across multiple kitchen stations (Line, Prep, Sauté, Grill)
- Support both cafeteria service and on-campus catering events
- No training provided — prior professional kitchen experience is required
Schedule:
We are hiring PM Cooks, working 5 days per week (including weekends):
- 1:30 PM–9:30 PM
- 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional cooking experience
- Ability to work multiple stations, including Line, Prep, Sauté, and Grill
- Must be at least 18 years or older to apply
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various event locations
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain prior after 30 days of hire)
- Strong work ethic and a professional, positive attitude
Physical Demands:
- This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Uniform Requirements:
- Black chef coat
- Black pants
- Black non-slip shoes with black socks
