Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes, school, and community .
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.
- Teach communication, social, play, daily living, and behavior-reduction skills.
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation promptly.
- Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors.
- Maintain professionalism and follow BACB ethical standards.
- Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
Qualifications
Required
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a Level II Background Screening
Preferred
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
