About Pomegranate Hospitality
Pomegranate Hospitality is a Michelin recognized restaurant group based in New Orleans and Denver. We operate three distinct concepts with a shared commitment to culinary excellence, financial integrity, and hospitality-driven culture.
Saba (New Orleans)
Safta (Denver)
Safta's Table (New Orleans)
Role Overview
The Marketing and Events Associate drives revenue growth across all three Pomegranate Hospitality restaurants by executing marketing strategy and selling hospitality experiences.. This is a front-row seat to what makes our business work — you'll be in the middle of everything, from managing digital campaigns to prospecting private events, always with an eye toward the numbers that matter.
You'll lead our marketing across digital channels, analyzing performance data and optimizing spend for maximum impact. You'll also drive events revenue through both private events and restaurant-hosted community experiences; our restaurant teams will execute most events day-to-day. For full restaurant buyouts and major events, you'll collaborate more closely on coordination and logistics. Most importantly, you'll think like an owner — understanding how marketing and events directly impact revenue, margins, and guest experience.
