Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.

- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order entry, billing, and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering to ensure the bar is fully stocked for busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills; process payments via POS systems while maintaining accountability.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and adhering to alcohol service regulations.
Experience
- Prior experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in food safety procedures and food handling practices ensures compliance with health standards.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing coffee or craft cocktails enhances guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail across multiple responsibilities.
