Reports to: Store Leader
Why This Job Exists (Purpose):
Conduct post repair vehicle detailing and prepare the vehicle for delivery to the customer
Conduct a pre-Quality Control inspection of repair prior to release of vehicle
Aid in small repair tasks, such as minor buffing and polishing
Pickup and delivery of customers
Maintain Detail Supply Inventory
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Monthly CSI and production KPI
Level of engagement and productivity
Minimum Requirements:
Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
Some ICAR training (preferable)
