Club Pride/Facilities Manager/Equipment Technician

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
LA Fitness is seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Janitorial and Facility Maintenance team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and staff while ensuring the facility remains in excellent condition.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, workout areas, and common spaces
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain cleanliness throughout the club
- Perform routine inspections of facility areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Report maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns
- Assist with basic facility upkeep and preventative maintenance tasks
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow all company safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
