Responsibilities
- Design individualized fitness programs based on clients' goals and needs.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support during training sessions.
- Educate clients on proper body mechanics and techniques to prevent injury.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and program effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to exercise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field preferred.
- Some sales experience revenue generation, customer acquisition, or relationship management. Experience in customer points, communicate value propositions, handle objections, and close deals. Training in sales is available.
- Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction is highly desirable.
- Experience in program design tailored to individual client needs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Previous experience in fitness sales or collaboration sales is a plus.
