- Provide high-quality medical care to hospitalized patients

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to create effective treatment plans

Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments

Manage chronic illnesses and acute care needs

Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in medical records

Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention

Participate in on-call rotations as required

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine

1-3 years of hospitalist experience preferred

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of hospital protocols

Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts
1:10 overnight call rotation

Average Daily Census: 250 patients
Average Daily Admits: 38 patients
