The Role: We seek a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal, multitasking role, you will seamlessly manage the entire patient journey. You will offer exceptional customer service, warmly guiding patients from their initial scheduling and check-in through the treatment acceptance process, financial coordination, and billing. You will excel at educating patients on necessary treatments and confidently empowering them to commit to their oral health.
What You Will Do
- Patient Check-in & Intake: Warmly greet patients, manage the check-in process, verify necessary information, and beautifully prepare patients for their appointments.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently manage and optimize the patient schedule, ensuring a remarkably smooth patient flow and maximizing appointment capacity.
- Patient Education & Advocacy: Act as a dedicated liaison between patients and the clinical team. Clearly and effectively communicate treatment plans, benefits, and the profound importance of recommended hygiene procedures, ensuring all patient questions are comprehensively answered.
- Treatment Presentation & Acceptance: Present treatment options with absolute confidence and conviction, compassionately addressing patient questions to ensure a high rate of treatment acceptance.
- Financial Management & Billing: Manage all aspects of patient accounts with precision, including presenting financial arrangements, discussing insurance benefits, processing claims/billing, and collecting patient balances.
- Record Keeping & Team Collaboration: Maintain highly accurate and detailed patient records, treatment plans, and financial agreements while working seamlessly and collaboratively with our entire team.
Who You Are:
- The Background: You have a proven track record in high-ticket consultative sales or complex treatment coordination. You bring experience from specialized dentistry (e.g., prosthodontics, oral surgery) or elective, out-of-pocket medical fields (e.g., plastic surgery, premium MedSpas, dermatology, or LASIK centers).
- The Energy: You bring high energy, a deeply positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding patient care. You are a natural at fostering patient understanding and have a remarkable ability to build deep rapport and trust from the moment you say hello.
- The Operator: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and a natural at multitasking. You seamlessly manage the entire patient journey alongside daily administrative operations, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- The Communicator: You possess exceptional communication skills, allowing you to confidently present treatment options, clearly articulate financial arrangements, and expertly guide patients through their insurance benefits.
