Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, utilizing appropriate cleaning techniques and products.
- Conduct residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality and appearance.
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a safe environment for residents or guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing specific cleaning requests and responding promptly to feedback or concerns.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventorying supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills with a friendly attitude towards residents or guests.
- Experience with laundry services and carpet or upholstery cleaning is a plus.
- Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
