Van Nevel Concrete & Curb Inc. is hiring for concrete Finishers. Established company in Central Oregon for over 30 years. Van Nevel Concrete has grown to be one of the most trusted concrete companies in Central Oregon. We are looking to expand our team with qualified applicants. Most work is in Central Oregon, some out of town jobs from time to time. Jobs include schools, new businesses, new neighborhoods, public right away including curb, catch basins, sidewalk and ADA ramps. Majority of work (not all) is prevailing wage.

Monday - Friday, 6am- 3pm (hours may vary to business needs)
Finishers $30-$37
*Foreman Position available depending on experience
Paid Weekly!
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong Work Ethic with a desire to grow
- Ability to stand, bend, lift (50lbs), walk on even and uneven surfaces
- Work outside in inclement weather
- Able to listen and communicate
- Valid Drivers License (Required)
- Willingness to work with other people ( Team Player)
- Finisher must have a minimum of 2 years experience in finish and form work
- Pre hire drug screening
- General Construction Knowledge required
- ODOT ADA Inspector certificate a Plus
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely across construction sites while maintaining proper posture and technique
- Familiarity with construction site safety standards and protocols for working around heavy equipment
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or experience operating heavy equipment is a plus but not mandatory
