Keystone Passionate Care, LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers to provide quality non-skilled in-home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our caregivers help consumers remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while providing respectful, person-centered care.
Essential Job DutiesActivities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Assist with bathing and personal hygiene.
- Assist with dressing and grooming.
- Provide toileting and incontinence assistance.
- Assist with transferring and ambulation.
- Assist with eating and feeding when needed.
- Provide mobility assistance and fall prevention support.
Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
- Assist with grocery shopping and essential errands.
- Perform light housekeeping, including:
- Sweeping and mopping
- Vacuuming
- Laundry and linen changes
- Dishwashing
- Bathroom and kitchen cleanup
- Trash removal
- Organize household items and maintain a safe living environment.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Offer medication reminders (caregivers do not administer medications).
- Accompany consumers to medical appointments and community outings.
- Provide transportation using your personal vehicle when required.
- Observe and report changes in the consumer's condition to the office.
- Accurately document services provided using the Agency's Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system.
- Follow all company policies, HIPAA confidentiality requirements, and state regulations.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and dependable attendance.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate.
- Must pass all required background checks and employment screenings.
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
Transportation Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Current automobile insurance.
- Willingness to transport consumers as needed.
- Safe driving record.
